Paint Night Kits: If your kit arrived damaged or with missing items, we offer a full refund or replacement. As of now we do not offer refunds on kits that arrived as described online. Thank you for your understanding.

Custom Artwork and Prints: As these are made to order, we do not offer any refund or replacement unless the artwork is damaged upon delivery.
